Victoria leads the World Sailing Trust, working closely with the Board of Trustees and partners and stakeholders around the world to maximise the Trust’s impact.

Victoria has worked in sailing and sports marketing and communication for over 25 years, and has an impressive track record in developing and managing multi-faceted global programmes that have consistently delivered in excess of KPI for an clients in the consumer, corporate and private sectors.

She authored the Women in Sailing Strategic Review for the Trust in 2019 and joined as head of the Trust in 2020.
